Peach crisp
Instructions:
I started my children out making their own peach crisps at a young
age, too. I feel it is so very important to get our kids in the kitchen with
us when we cook. Not only are you passing on a living and tactile
family history, but you’re creating memories they’ll always cherish.
You’re also raising their self-esteem, giving them a sense of
accomplishment, and teaching skills they’ll use for the rest of their
lives.Cooking with your children and grandchildren presents the perfect
opportunity to tell them the stories of your childhood and to pass on
your values and outlook on life. In today’s fast-paced world, people are
once again realizing the value of family time around the dinner table,
but the real opportunity for making memories begins in the kitchen.
