Peanut Butter and Banana Waffle Sandwiches

- 2 low-fat whole-grain or whole-wheat waffles (140 calories or less per 2-waffle serving)
- 2 teaspoons all-natural creamy peanut butter
- ½ small banana, cut into ⅛-inch-thick slices
Instructions:
Make it for your kids before school, or for yourself when you want to add a little decadence to your morning.
- Toast the waffles according to package directions. Spread one side of each waffle with 1 teaspoon peanut butter.
- Top one waffle evenly with the banana slices, and then flip the other on top to make a sandwich. Serve immediately.
