Peas in white sauce
Instructions:
- 2 tablespoons butter;
- 2 tablespoons flour;
- 1⁄2 onion, chopped;
- 1 cup milk;
- 1 pound shelled peas.
- In a large pan, sauté onion and peas in butter.
- Add flour and stir.
- Add milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Reduce heat and cook until peas are tender.
