Pecan Fingers
Instructions:
- 2 cups flour (I use 1 ½ cups for a richer cookie)
- 1 cup butter
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- Cream together.
- Shape into fingers.
- Bake at 300º for 20 minutes.
- A good Christmas cookie.
