Penne Pasta with Fresh Tomatos and Basil
Instructions:
- 1/2 Lb. Penne Pasta
- 1 Can (14-16 oz) Diced Tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Fresh Basil, Chopped
- Variation: Also works well with Bow-ties or Shell shaped Pasta.
- Cook Penne Pasta as directed on package.
- Saute the Tomatoes and Basil in Olive Oil.
- Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Place into serving dish.
- Toss in Drained Penne Pasta.
