Penne with Basil and Mozzarella
Instructions:
- 1/2 lb. Penne Pasta
- 2 oz. Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 oz. Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Basil Leaves, Chopped
- Cook Penne Pasta as directed on package.
- Drain and return to pot.
- Add the Grated Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheeses, Butter, Olive Oil and Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Then toss over low heat until Mozzarella starts to melt.
- Sprinkle with Basil.
