Pineapple Baked Ham
Instructions:
- 1 cooked ham with bone in
- 1/4 cup of pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup of firmly packed brown sugar
- 1-12 ounce can of sliced pineapple, drained
- Maraschino cherries
- Whole cloves
- Score the surface of ham with diagonal cuts in diamond shapes.
- Insert cloves into diamonds.
- Place the ham in to a roasting pan.
- Bake for 2 hours at 325 degrees.
- Combine the brown sugar and pineapple juice, and pour over the ham.
- Arrange pineapple slices and cherries on ham.
- Bake uncovered for an additional 30 -40 minutes.
