Pork ribs with barbecue sauce
Instructions:

- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Put the ribs into a roasting pan, meat side up, then season with salt.
- Cover the meat completely in the barbecue sauce.
- Pour the water over the ribs to dilute the sauce a little.
- Cover the pan with foil.
- Roast in the oven for 11⁄2 hours.
- Baste with the barbecue sauce every 20 minutes to make sure the meat stays moist.
- The racks are ready when they are dark, golden, and the meat is falling away from the bone.
- Once cooked, separate the ribs and place them in a serving dish.
- Finish with a fine gratting of orange zest to serve.
