Potato Stew
Instructions:
- 6 cups water
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 1/2 cup lentils, optional
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 2 lrg onions, optional
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 med bay leaves
- 1 tsp sea salt, to taste
- 1 cube Beef Flavour (or salt to taste)
- Combine all in large pot and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let simmer 60 minutes or until lentils and potatoes are tender.
- Adjust water and salt to taste.
