Pumpkin Cookies
Instructions:
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 2 eggs
- 2 to 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup pumpkin pie filling cup raisins
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- dash salt
- Preheat oven to 350F and grease baking sheets.
- Sift dry ingredients together in mixing bowl.
- Gradually blend in margarine, eggs and pumpkin.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets.
- Bake 20 minutes or until done.
