Ranch Potato Salad
Instructions:
- 6−8 Large Potatoes, cooked with skin on, and cut into chunks when cool
- 8 Slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 Small Red Onion, chopped
- 1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Dash of Garlic Powder
- 1 Small Bottle of Ranch Dressing.
- Toss all ingredients except ranch dressing.
- Add dressing and refrigerate.
