Rancho Dip

- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 to 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
This is always a favorite dip to serve with potato chips for all our family get- togethers or to use as a salad dressing.
- Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemon juice in a small bowl; mix well. Stir in the green onions and blue cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
