Real hot chocolate
Instructions:
- ½ ounce (15 g) unsweetened baking chocolate
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 10 ounces (300 ml) milk
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Heat milk, baking chocolate and sugar over medium heat in a small, heavy pan, stirring frequently until the chocolate is melted and milk is very hot. Turn heat low and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring, for a smooth hot chocolate.
- Stir in vanilla extract and serve.
- Serves 1.
