Ingredients:
1 small gold-fl esh potato
2 egg yolks, beaten
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. lemon juice, or the juice from 1 lemon
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups olive oil
How to make
Aioli Dip
Cook the potato in salted water until tender. Peel and grate.
In a medium bowl, combine grated potato, egg yolks, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Quickly whisk in the olive oil and mix until blended.
