  Ingredients:

  • About 1 cup orange juice
  • About 1 cup frozen fruit (mixed assorted berries and peaches)
  • Optional fortifying additions:

  • ½ cold ripe banana
  • A few spoonfuls of a favorite yogurt
  • Some drained silken tofu

How to make
Anytime Fruit Smoothie

Whirl the orange juice and frozen fruit in a blender until smooth and thick. If too thick, thin with more juice and, if too thin, add a few more pieces of frozen fruit. For a more fortified smoothie, blend in the banana, some of your favorite yogurt, or some drained silken tofu. Serve right away.
