  • 1⁄4 cup unfiltered organic cider vinegar;
  • 6 tablespoons extravirgin olive oil;
  • 2 teaspoons honey;
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt;
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper;

How to make
Apple cider vinaigrette
  • Simmer the apple cider in a saucepan over medium heat until reduced to 3⁄4cup. Pour into a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid. Add the vinegar, oil, honey, salt, and pepper and shake vigorously to combine.
  • Use soon or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week. Return to room temperature, shake vigorously, and check the seasoning before serving.
