Ingredients:
3 cups unsweetened apple juice or water;
1⁄2 tsp salt;
11⁄3 cups quick-cooking rolled oats;
half apple, peeled and diced;
1⁄3 cup raisins;
1⁄2 tsp cinnamon.
How to make
Apple cinnamon oatmeal porridge
In saucepan, bring apple juice and salt to boil. Whisk in rolled oats, apple, raisins (if using) and cinnamon. Reduce heat and simmer, whisking constantly, for 4 to 5 minutes or until desired thickness.
