  Ingredients:
    • 1/2 cup of butter
    • 1 cup of sugar
    • 1 egg, beaten
    • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
    • 1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
    • 1/2 teaspoon of allspice
    • 1 cup of cooked appl es
    • 1 cup of flour
    • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
    • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
        For the sauce:
      • 1/2 stick of butter
      • 1 cup of brown sugar
      • 6 tablespoons of milk

How to make
Apple Pudding
  • Cream the brown sugar and butter together and add the beaten egg.
  • Sift together the cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, flour, baking soda, and salt and add to the butter/brown sugar mixture.
  • Fold in the cooked apples and pour into a greased 8” X 8” X 2” baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
  • Mix the 1/2 stick of butter, 1 cup of brown sugar, and the 6 tablespoons of milk together in a pot.
  • Bring the sauce mixture to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Serve by pouring the warm sauce over the apple pudding.
