  Ingredients:
    • 2 cups rolled oats
    • 2 cups millet or barley flakes
    • 1⁄2 cup wheat germ
    • 1⁄2 cup sesame seeds
    • 1⁄2 cup raw peanuts, roughly chopped
    • 1 cup raisins
    • 1 cup dried apricots, chopped
    • 2⁄3 cup dried banana slices, chopped if large
    • 1⁄4 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 2 tsp finely chopped crystallized ginger
    • 1 tbsp unrefined light brown sugar

How to make
Apricot multigrain Breakfast
  • Mix all the ingredients together and store in an airtight container. Serve with milk and/or plain Greek-style yogurt and a trickle of honey, if desired.
  • For a hot breakfast, mix 1/2 cup of the cereal with 1/2 cup milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer gently, stirring occasionally, until thick and creamy, about 3 minutes.
