Baked Garlic Soup

Ingredients:
20 oz. stewed tomatoes
16 oz. garbanzo beans and liquid
1 cup squash
2 large onions, chopped
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/2 cup white wine
1 1/4 cup cream
6 large garlic cloves, diced
1 small bay leaf
1/2 tsp. paprika
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup Romano cheese
How to make
Baked Garlic Soup
Preheat oven to 375F.
Layer vegetables in baking pan.
Pour wine and herbs over vegetables.
Dot top with butter .
Cover and bake for one hour, then lower heat to 325F.
Stir in cream and cheeses and bake an additional 15 minutes uncovered.
Serves six.
