  Ingredients:
    • 20 oz. stewed tomatoes
    • 16 oz. garbanzo beans and liquid
    • 1 cup squash
    • 2 large onions, chopped
    • 1/2 green pepper, diced
    • 1/2 cup white wine
    • 1 1/4 cup cream
    • 6 large garlic cloves, diced
    • 1 small bay leaf
    • 1/2 tsp. paprika
    • 3 tbsp. butter
    • 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese
    • 1 cup Romano cheese

How to make
Baked Garlic Soup
  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Layer vegetables in baking pan.
  • Pour wine and herbs over vegetables.
  • Dot top with butter .
  • Cover and bake for one hour, then lower heat to 325F.
  • Stir in cream and cheeses and bake an additional 15 minutes uncovered.
  • Serves six.
