    • 1/4 cup of snipped pars ley
    • 1 teaspoon of salt
    • Margarine or butter, melted.

How to make
Baked Mashed Potatoes
  • Peel, cook, and mash the potatoes.
  • In a saucepan cook the onion in 1/4 cup of butter or margarine until tender but not brown.
  • Stir the onion, salt, parsley, and cottage cheese into the mashed potatoes.
  • Spoon the potato mixture into a well greased 2 -quart casserole dish.
  • Drizzle melted butter over the top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until the mixture is heated through and lightly browned on top.
