  Ingredients:
    • 2 lbs. chopmeat
    • 2 cups barbecue sauce (any brand)
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 cup italian bread crumbs
    • 2 tsp. garlic powder
    • 1 tsp. onion powder
    • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
    • 1 cup beer
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1/2 cup oil

How to make
Barbecue Mini Meatballs
  • Blend all ingredients together except oil.
  • Make meatballs about the width of a quarter.
  • You can either fry them on top of the stove or bake them in the oven with the remaining barbecue sauce.
  • If you fry them heat them for 5−10 minutes in the oven in the remaining barbecue sauce.
