    • 2 tbsp. mustard
    • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke (optional)

How to make
Barbecued Venison
  • In a large skillet, brown meat on all sides.
  • Stir in tomato sauce, garlic, Tabasco, mustard, Worcestershire, and liquid smoke.
  • Add green beans and potatoes.
