BBQ Chicken & Potato Bake

Ingredients:
5 cups frozen Southern-style hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 Tbs. Butter, melted
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (5 oz. Each)
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
How to make
BBQ Chicken & Potato Bake
Mix potatoes, peppers, onion, butter and 1 1/2 cups cheese in buttered 13x9 baking pan.
Coat chicken with barbecue sauce; place on top of potato mixture.
Bake in preheated 400 F oven 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
Continue baking 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
