Bread and garlic soup

Ingredients:
1⁄3 cup olive oil;
4 slices 1-lb white country-style loaf, cut into 2-oz slices;
2 garlic cloves;
2 tsp mild paprika;
13⁄4 cups chicken stock;
2 eggs.
How to make
Bread and garlic soup
Place a frying pan over medium heat, then add half of the oil. When it is hot, add the bread.
Fry until well browned all over. Remove the slices from the oil.
Coarsely crush the garlic.
Place a large saucepan over medium heat, then pour in the remaining oil. Add the garlic and fry until golden.
Once the garlic has turned golden, add the paprika.
Add the fried bread and chicken stock.
Season with salt and pepper.
Simmer for 20 minutes, then process with a hand-held blender. Meanwhile, cook the eggs to your liking.
The soup will be smooth and tasty.
Serve the soup with the cooked egg.
