4 salmon steaks, 1 inch thick (6 ounces each)
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
pinch salt
pinch ground black pepper
How to make
Broiled Salmon Steaks
Preheat broiler. Rub both sides of salmon steaks with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place salmon on rack in broiling pan. Place pan in broiler, 4 inches from heat source. Broil salmon 5 minutes, then turn and broil until fish is just opaque throughout, about 5 minutes longer.
