  Ingredients:
    • 7 to 9 Roma tomatoes, peeled, seeded, diced
    • 3 to 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
    • 3 Tblsp virgin olive oil
    • 1/4 tsp salt (use sea salt for different flavor)
    • Fresh cracked pepper, to taste

How to make
Bruschetta Pomodoro
  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Cover and refrigerate.
  • Serve about 2 tablespoons over a slice of Italian or French bread.
  • Note: This also may be used as a topping over penne pasta.
