Ingredients:
7 to 9 Roma tomatoes, peeled, seeded, diced
3 to 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
3 Tblsp virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp salt (use sea salt for different flavor)
Fresh cracked pepper, to taste
How to make
Bruschetta Pomodoro
Combine all ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate.
Serve about 2 tablespoons over a slice of Italian or French bread.
Note: This also may be used as a topping over penne pasta.
