  Ingredients:
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 1 cup long grain rice
    • 3 cups cabbage, chopped
    • 3 tbsp. tomato paste
    • 3 tbsp. olive oil
    • 2 cups water
    • 1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
    • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

How to make
Cabbage Pilaf
  • Heat oil in saucepan.
  • Saute onions and rice on medium heat, until onions are soft. Add cabbage.
  • Stir until cabbage wilts.
  • Stir in tomato paste, water, parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bring to boil, cover and simmer 30 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
