  Ingredients:
    • 2 lbs round steak, cut into thin strips 2 in long
    • 4 tbs olive oil
    • 2 clove garlic, minced
    • 2 tsp salt
    • 2 cups beef broth
    • 2 green peppers, sliced into thin strips
    • 2 cups celery, thinly sliced
    • 2 onions, thinly sliced
    • 1 can Coca-Cola-
    • 3 tomatoes, cut into 8 wedges each
    • 1/2 can Coca-Cola
    • 4 tbs cornstarch
    • 2 tbs teriyaki sauce
    • 8 servings rice cooked to package directions

How to make
CHINESE PEPPER STEAK
  • Heat oil in Dutch oven and brown meat and garlic.
  • Add beef broth, over and simmer 15 minutes.
  • Stir in green pepper, celery, onions, and Coke.
  • Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Do not over cook veggies.
  • Gently stir tomatoes into mixture.
  • Blend cornstarch into 1/2 cups Coke and teriyaki sauce.
  • Stir into meat mixture until sauce is thickened.
  • Serve over hot rice.
