  Ingredients:
    • 2, 2 1/2 pound frying chickens cut in pieces
    • 2 tablespoon of lemon juice
    • 1 cup of sour cream
    • 1 clove of garlic, grated
    • 1/4 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
    • 1/4 teaspoon of celery salt

How to make

  • Wipe the chicken pieces with a damp cloth and store in container with tight fitting lid.
  • Mix all ingredients together, pour over chicken, and let marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
  • When ready to fry, drain the liquid from the chicken pieces and dredge them in flour.
  • Heat some vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat and brown the chicken pieces on all sides.
  • Lower the heat and cover skillet and cook for 35 -40 minutes.
