Grilled Potato Slices
  • Prepare charcoal or gas grill.
  • Scrub potatoes under cold running water.
  • Cut into 3/4-inch slices.
  • Cover with salted cold water.
  • Bring to a boil on high heat.
  • Boil 6 minutes. Drain.
  • Brush potato slices with oil.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Grill slices for 3 minutes.
  • Turn with tongs.
  • Grill second side for 3 minutes, or until brown.
  • Serve immediately.
