    • 1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    • Cooking spray
    • 5 slices Milton’s Healthy Multi-Grain Bread, cut in half
    • Maple syrup or all-fruit jam

How to make
Healthy French Toast
  • In a bowl, beat together eggs, soy milk, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  • Coat a frying pan or griddle with cooking spray; heat over mediumhigh heat.
  • Soak bread in the egg mixture for a few seconds. Cook for a few minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  • Serve with maple syrup or all-fruit jam. Makes 2-3 servings.
