  Ingredients:
    • 1 T olive oil
    • 1 1/2 c onion, chopped
    • 1 1/2 c bell peppers, chopped
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 4 c cooked pinto beans
    • 3 c diced tomatoes
    • 6 oz tomato paste
    • 1 1/2 c water
    • 1 c fresh mushrooms, sliced
    • 1 T chili powder
    • 1 1/2 t cumin
    • 1 t oregano

How to make
No Sweat Chili
  • Sauté onion, green pepper, and garlic in olive oil.
  • Transfer to crockpot and add remaining ingredients.
  • Cook over low for 1-2 hours.
