  Ingredients:
    • 2 lb. Round steak
    • 2 1/2 cups stewed tomatoes
    • 1 onion, sliced
    • 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/8 tsp. Pepper
    • 1 tsp. Vinegar
    • 1 garlic clove, minced,
    • 2 Tbs. ketchup
    • 2 Tbs. Brown sugar
    • 1 tsp. Salt
    • 6 Tbs. Flour

How to make
Swiss Steak
  • Pound about 6 Tbs. Flour into sides of steak.
  • Brown steak in hot fat in a skillet.
  • Add all ingredients. Cover.
  • Cook over low heat or in the oven at 300 o for about 2-2 1/2 hours or until tender
  • . Uncover last 15 minutes to cook down to a thick sauce.
