    • 1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
    • 1 lb. spinach, steamed and chopped
    • 2 cups bean sprouts
    • 1 lb. Feta cheese
    • 2 onions, chopped and sauteed
    • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/3 cup milk
    • fresh ground pepper to taste

How to make
Waldorf Pasta Casserole
  • Preheat oven to 350F and lightly grease casserole.
  • Combine macaroni, spinach, sprouts, cheese, walnuts, and onion in lightly greased ovenproof dish.
  • Beat egg and milk together and pour over casserole.
  • Sprinkle with pepper.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
