Rhubarb sauce
Instructions:
- 5 cups of rhubarb, cut into small pieces;
- 1 cup sugar;
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
- Place rhubarb, sugar and cinnamon in a heavy saucepan.
- Cover and cook slowly until rhubarb is tender (about half an hour). Serve hot over French toast or pancakes. Serve cold with meat and main dishes.
