Rice pudding

Instructions:
- 2 1/2 c. cooked brown rice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. grated orange rind
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. NUT MILK
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2/3 c. chopped dates or raisins
- 1 tsp. coriander
- COMBINE all ingredients and transfer to a 2 quart casserole dish.
- BAKE at 350 F for 45 minutes.
- This is very good and tasty!
- A great dessert, too!
