Roast beef panini with red wine and onion marmalade
Instructions:
- Arrange 6 slices of the bread on a work surface and top each with a slice of cheese and equal portions of the roast beef and apple. Spoon on the marmalade and close the sandwiches with the remaining bread. Butter both sides of the sandwiches.
- Preheat a panini press or electric countertop cooker. Place the sandwiches inside, press down, and grill until the bread is crisp and browned. Serve warm.
