Roasted Almond- Crusted Plums
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. In shallow baking dish, arrange plums, cut side up, close together in one layer.
- In medium bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until smooth. Stir in flour until blended. Stir in almonds. Sprinkle mixture evenly over plums. Bake until plums are tender, 25 to 35 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
