Roasted chili hazelnuts
Instructions:
- 2 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 cups whole hazelnuts (about 9 ounces)
- 3/4 teaspoon chili powder
- Dash of salt.
- Melt butter in saucepan; stir in chili powder and salt, then add nuts and toss and stir to coat evenly.
- Turn the mixture out onto a shallow baking pan.
- Bake at 275 degrees F for 20 minutes.
- Cool, then store in airtight container.
