Roasted garlic mayonnaise
Instructions:
- Place the roasted garlic in a small bowl and mash with a fork until smooth. Stir in the mayonnaise, onion powder, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and sugar. Taste the mayonnaise to make sure the flavors are balanced.
- Serve soon or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week. For best flavor, serve at room temperature.
