Ruby Red Layered Salad
Instructions:
- 1 (3 ounce) package raspberry gelatin
- ï€ 2 cups boiling water
- ï€ 1 (10 ounce) box frozen raspberries
- ï€ 1 pint sour cream
- ï€ 1 (3 ounce) package cherry gelatin
- ï€ 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- ï€ 1 (16 ounce) can whole cranberry sauce
- Dissolve raspberry gelatin in 1 cup hot water.
- ï€ Add frozen raspberries, and stir until well mixed.
- ï€ Pour into a glass bowl. Refrigerate until almost firm, about 30 to 60 minutes.
- ï€ Spread sour cream over firm gelatin. Refrigerate.
- ï€ Dissolve cherry gelatin in 1 cup hot water. Stir in crushed pineapple and cranberry sauce.
- ï€ Chill until partially set, about 20 to 40 minutes.
- ï€ Spoon cherry gelatin mixture over sour cream layer.
- ï€ Chill until firm, another hour or two.
