Russian Country Salad
Instructions:
Serve this as an appetizer before a meal, or as a light meal on its own with fried
potatoes or rye bread, and slices of cheese or sausage.
4 beetroots, boiled, peeled, and
shredded
1 onion, sliced very fine
4 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled,
chopped fine
1⁄2 cup sour cream or mayonnaise
salt to taste
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Serve in a bowl.
