Salad Dressing
Instructions:
- 1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons beaten egg
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 3 tablespoons grated Romano cheese
- 2 tablespoons dry, unflavored pectin (optional)
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 pinch dried oregano
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender on low for about 30 seconds.
- Chill in refrigerator for 90 minutes.
- Serve over your favorite salad.
- Makes 1 1/2 cups
