Salmon Spread
Instructions:
- 1/2 pound salmon, cooked
- 3 teaspoons cold pressed olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- Blend salmon in food processor.
- Gradually add oil.
- Add the remaining ingredients and continue blending until mixture is smooth.
- Cover and store in refrigerator. Serve chilled.
