Salsa
Instructions:
- 1 c tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 c green peppers, minced
- 2 T onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 t each: basil, oregano, and cilantro
- 2 T olive oil
- Bragg\'s Liquid Aminos
- Stir together vegetables in mixing bowl.
- Remove half and place in food processor.
- Blend until smooth and return to mixing bowl.
- Add remaining seasonings and oil and mix well.
- Chill before serving.
