Slow-cooked pork roast

The amazing thing is that this roast is as simple as they come, one
of the classic “throw it in and turn it on” meals that still manages to
deliver old-fashioned flavor and comfort.
Pork roast
1 pound carrots, peeled and chopped
1 large onion, diced
6 to 8 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
One 10.5-ounce can cream of mushroom soup
- Place the roast in a slow cooker and add the vegetables. Pour the soup over all.
- Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours. 6 to 8 servings
