Small Hamburgers
Instructions:
- 1 pound ground chuck or round with 25 percent fat
- 3 tablespoons grated onion
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- ¼ teaspoon Tabasco
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Blend the ingredients well and form into small patties. Grill or sauté in butter. You should get 8 or even 9 patties to a pound, depending upon the size buns you choose.
