Smoked Salmon Sandwiches with Dill Cream Cheese
Instructions:
- In small bowl, stir cream cheese, shallot, capers, chopped dill, and lemon juice until well blended. Spread evenly on bread slices and arrange smoked salmon on top. Sprinkle lightly with pepper. Place 1 teaspoon caviar on each sandwich, if you like, and top with dill sprigs. Makes 4 main-dish servings.
