Smoked Salmon-Stuffed Eggs

4 eggs, hard-boiled, shelled, and halved vertically 1Â¥ tbsp. smoked salmon, finely minced , 1 tbsp. whipping cream, whipped , 1/2 tsp. salt , 1/4 tsp. pepper ,1 1/2 tbsp. sour cream

1. Scoop out egg yolks and mash in small bowl. 2. Mix in remaining ingredients, then fill egg white halves with equal amounts of mixture.
